T&C Site Services completes £600K office building at Stoke-on-Trent headquarters
It follows a £1 million development completed in 2020
A national independent earthmover tyre specialist has expanded its Stoke-on-Trent headquarters with the completion of a new £600,000 office building.
T&C Site Services has added a second purpose-built workspace at its Garner Street site, following continued business growth and the need for improved accommodation for staff.
The business, which employs around 70 staff nationwide with 20 based in Stoke-on-Trent, invested in the new two-storey building to support its operational teams and replace previous temporary accommodation on site.

The project follows an earlier £1 million office development completed in February 2020, also at the Garner Street site, which now houses the company’s head office staff.
Both construction projects were led by Kim Mountford, director of Inc Architects.
Managing director Trevor Adams said the need for a second building became clear as the business expanded and existing facilities became unsuitable.
He said: “We had simply outgrown the temporary cabins in terms of staff numbers and the needs of the business, so we decided we needed an additional office building.
“Although the building was smaller, the project itself was more complicated as it involved demolition on an active operational site.”
The second office building provides a permanent base for operational teams working across the business.
Trevor said the new space has significantly improved working conditions and added flexibility for future growth.
He said: “It’s a more appropriate space for our staff and a nicer environment for the team. It gives us more capacity for future growth and has meant we can now have a training facility on site.”
